Etude House Big Cover Pot Concealer Pro ($8) is anew full-coverage concealer that launched earlier this Summer in Korea. I decided to purchase this in the hopes it would be as interesting and as pigmented as Shiseido SpotCover Foundation.
If it happened to have the same soft, slightly whipped up consistency as Shiseido formula I’d happily be able to use it under my eyes.
Here’s some thoughts.
Ok, so this is not for dry skin. Don’t even bother if you have drier skin as this is really a matte, dense texture that was created with oily skin users in mind obviously. Etude House packages this up in a tiny pot and it’s available in three shade selections for around eight bucks or so per a shade. Super cheap, super affordable. I just wish it worked out for me.
This is a great pick for those who do spot concealer coverage or those who want to conceal tiny imperfections around your face. It has excellent pigmentation and can be gently dotted onto imperfections and blended out for complete coverage. It’ll cover a good deal of pesky imperfections as the coverage is truly great.

I was hoping I could use it under my eyes even thought it isn’t marketed as such. However, the texture isn’t great for my drier eyes and it sunk terribly into my creases and proved difficult to blend out without a lot of tugging. You’ll find it’ll blend a lot easier on oily skin or under oily eyes compared to drier eyes and skin. It has a clay-like texture that wears like a champ without fading or moving once buffed out. I think it should do well under the eyes of those who have oily skin as it likely won’t crease and will probably have a good strong wear.
If you’re in need of a matte, strong wearing concealer this should do the trick but as I said avoid this one if you’re dry as clings horribly and proves damn hard to blend out.
